Gift cards are not a credit card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Unused balance on the card cannot be refunded or credited.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
From the 31st March 2018 Gift Cards do not have an expiry date and will not expire once issued.
Gift cards cannot be used to repay Zero accounts.
Lowes Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Lowes Gift cards.
Digital Gift cards will be dispatched upon payment verification, typically 2 -3 business days.

Delivery Fee
Lowes Online offers free delivery on orders over $150 NZD. For orders below $150 we offer a flat delivery fee of $15 NZD.
